As winter settles in, many women find themselves grappling with the common yet often underestimated challenge of the winter blues. In my role as a Holistic Life Coach and the creator of the Magnificent Mamas Collective, each winter, I come across women expressing concerns about diminished motivation, mild depression, and feelings of loneliness.  I want to shed light on the prevalence of seasonal depression among women, attributing it to the lack of socialization and sunlight during the colder months.
