Welcome to this week's episode of the Thrive Show! Today I have the honor of speaking to an amazing mama of an adorable little boy and Dr. Danielle Wagamon the founder of Kinetic Flow Method, LLC. She has also just started a brand new membership program geared toward the changing times with so many kids going back to school virtually in a few weeks with little to no movement, exercise, or a way to release energy from the body. This new program will offer an opportunity for kids to move their bodies in healthy ways but also support them emotionally.
Dr. Danielle believes that taking a holistic approach, that encompasses the person as a whole, it is will empower individuals with better awareness and educate how to move more mindfully. We can all make excuses as to why we can't Thrive in life. I've heard it all as a life coach ... I'm not smart enough, I don't have the family support, I'm too old, I'm too young, I don't have the resources ... blah blah blah.
Truthfully, we can all buy into whatever story we are telling ourselves and whatever that story is chances are you're right!
I think it was my mentor Jack Canfield who taught me ... if you think you CAN or you think you CAN'T you're absolutely RIGHT!
