Forthcoming author of 'Polite Existence' coming in the fall of 2020, Alexis assists people overwhelmed by life's demands to transform themselves easily and effortlessly.

She initially pursued a career in Medical Science as a Histologist. Fascinated with scientific research on the mind/body connection, she developed a life-long passion for examining how the subconscious profoundly affects the overall quality of life.

This compelled her to become a certified life coach, EFT practitioner. Interning with Dr. J Dunn as a Wholistic Kinesiologist, gave her the ability to communicate directly with her client's subconscious. At the "World Institute-Center for the Rights of Humanity, she acquired a comprehensive understanding of the Empowerment of Listening, giving her clients the security of being heard.

Wanting to understand the subtleties of emotions as energy, she also became certified as a Theta Healer: DNA 1, DNA 2, and Intuitive Anatomy through THINK Institute in Idaho. And lastly - Meditation is something she takes very seriously...
