I ride a motorcycle named Buttercup - that's where I find "my happy." I have 3 kids and 2 grandkids. I've also been studying sacred sexuality for 2 decades which always brings me joy.

It's an online community of female-identified people who gather in the Red Tent to hold space and empower each other to uncover everything that's in the way of them being truly, authentically themselves sexually.

It starts as a Facebook group and then I offer Tastes of the Red Tent so they can see what it's like and then I have a 6-week journey where I take women through a 7 step process to really look at their sexuality in a whole new way.

They are left with awe and delight with what's possible for them to enjoy their sexuality in a completely new way.

No, absolutely not. One of the things we discuss is how we are each responsible for our own sexuality so partners aren't needed at all. It's a personal journey that you can choose to share with others or not.

How did you come to be an authentic sexuality coach?

I feel as though this is the culmination of my entire life. It feels like everything that has happened before has led me to this point.

I've been a health care provider for over 20 years - the last 10 as a midwife. So I have a good evidence-based, science-based background and empathy is something that is very natural for me.

I've been coaching for over 15 years and I've been on my own sacred sexuality journey for over two decades.

Now I'm combining all of that together in the Sacred Sisterhood of Sexuality!
