Elizabeth is FULL of Life!

Her big goal is to see and show others the greatness that lives within, not from ego-based but from the heart center.

She's a mom of (2) boys and (1) silly large Old English bulldog Tino

She is always looking to step outside her comfort zone to grow and expand. 

When she is not working to grow and expand the Magnificent Mamas Collective network you can find her running with Tino the bulldog or her running friends, doing yoga, meditating, or grounding herself with friends and family at the beach. 

The Magnificent Mamas Collective is NOT all women who identify as Moms. Ironically they are all women who are looking to be surrounded by women who are open to giving and receiving nourishment. 

The term Mama's actually came from Elizabeth's upbringing surrounded by women who used the word Mama as a term of endearment.

Most women are nurturers, we want to love and need to feel love in order to heal,  grow and evolve.
