About Kate:
Kate Milne is the founder of Age Sister, a company dedicated to providing mid-life women cutting-edge, evidence-based information and programs to help them have their best “second act.” Kate is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, a Health Promoter, and entrepreneur with a specialty in healthy aging. She works with women over 50 to help improve their confidence, reduce their stress, and improve their strength and balance through daily movement and embed exercises. Her qualifications include: Masters of Science (Exercise Physiology), Masters of Health Studies, Certified Balance and Mobility Specialist, and Exercise is Medicine – Level II specialist.
