About the Instructor:
Lorraine Prescott's passion for health and wellbeing started in her teens.
Always fascinated by a natural approach to better health, Lorraine has practiced Tai Chi Qigong on and off since her early 20s.
Lorraine’s journey into helping others with their health and well-being started in 2002, and she has her own well-being practice - The Healing Tree.
Utilizing a range of therapies, Lorraine works with clients as they embark on their own well-being journey, reconnecting with themselves to feel happier and healthier, inside and out.
In January 2020, CLUB CHI was launched, offering movement therapy sessions to increase health and wellbeing.
Shibashi Qigong is often referred to as ‘movement meditation' and it is a lovely way to describe the style of Tai Chi Qigong we practice as we connect the breath to the movement. The combination of therapies offered by both The Healing Tree and CLUB CHI ensures everyone has access to better health and wellbeing. What's been holding you back this entire time.
